Annual Spring Workshop

As in past years, you'll play in a group of about 10 people at your level under the tutelage of renowned recorder teachers and performers. Faculty members this year are Lewis Baratz, Valerie Horst, Joan Kimball and Larry Lipnik.

Spring Recorder Workshop with Deborah Booth
Saturday, April 4th, 2020 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

A Festival of English Music Through the Ages Medieval Carols to Renaissance Madrigals, Motets, Dances, and Fantasias. Works by Morley, Byrd, Holborne, Dowland, Gibbons, Bull, and Coperario. Baroque Selections from the famous Londoner, Georg Frederick Handel. Deborah Booth is an active recorder and flute teacher/performer of historical and modern instruments and the co-founder and director of Ensemble BREVE. She has performed with many ensembles and toured extensively throughout the US.

Workshop Fee – Deadline March 28th, 2020 - Regular $80, Students $40 ($10 surcharge after deadline)
